The wrestling fans and gamers are pretty excited for the new 2K wrestling game and the new WWE 2K26 Ringside Pass. This is one of the biggest changes this year when it comes to the post-launch updates.
The traditional DLC packs have now been replaced by a new system called Ringside Pass. This is a new battle pass style progression mode.

What is WWE 2K26 Ringside Pass?
This is a new battle pass system, pretty similar to games like Fortnite. Now, players don’t have to purchase the DLC pack; you will now progress through reward tiers by earning in-game XP.
Each Ringside Pass has 60 Free Tiers and 40 Premium Tiers, which include benefits such as new playable Superstars, personalization items, virtual currency (VC), and additional in-game content. Earn XP in all major game modes, including MyRise, MyGM, Exhibition, and MyUniverse.
Release dates for WWE 2K26 Ringside Pass
For now, a total of six Ringside Pass seasons have been planned for the game. Check out the release date for each pass:
- Season 1: March 6, 2026 (Launch)
- Season 2: May 4, 2026
- Season 3: June 29, 2026
- Season 4: August 24, 2026
- Season 5: October 19, 2026
- Season 6: December 14, 2026
These passes do not expire. If you miss or can’t complete, you can always return later and unlock the remaining rewards.

Each of these passes is priced at at $9.99. Purchasing all six will cost you around $60.
