The new report came after Xbox chief Brad Rossetti announced the temporary suspension of console flight testing in the lead-up to an “important” Insider upgrade.

With the help of this feature, players will be able to convert the Xbox One and Series X/S game disc into permanent digital licenses, which will be tied to their Xbox account.
If the feature would also apply to Play Anywhere games, which let those who have bought a game physically access it on PC, Corden said that’s exactly what it’s expected to do.
