The Indian hockey team is up against European giants Germany in the semi-final stage. Tonight’s winner will secure a place in the final of the FIH Men’s Junior Hockey World Cup.

It will be a tough encounter against the European giants with some causes for concern for Graham Reid. The biggest concern will be maintaining a good run of form on the pitch as India showed resilience against Belgium, defeating them 1-0 in the previous match. A much better showing will be needed when they take to the pitch against the Germans who beat Spain on penalties to get here. India will again rely on a strong defensive performance and will hope to score more goals going forward.
