The top 8 teams in the table will qualify for the next round of PKL 12.

The Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 (PKL 12) is entering its final phase, and teams are giving their best to secure their place in the next round. According to the new rules of PKL, the top four teams on the points table will directly qualify for the playoffs, while the next four teams will compete in the play-ins.

Out of them, two will earn a spot in the playoffs. Overall, eight teams will have a chance to lift the PKL trophy after the league stage.

On that note, let’s take a look at the teams that have qualified for the top 8.

PKL 12 Top 8 teams-

Puneri Paltan

Puneri Paltan are reminding their fans of their Season 10 campaign. Performing as a unit, they have managed 12 wins in 15 games and currently sit at the top of the table. They became the first team to qualify for the Top 8, and they have also secured their place in the top 2.

The team has been led brilliantly by Aslam Inamdar, who has already guided the Paltan to a title. The top raider for the team has been the young sensation Aditya Shinde. In defense, Gaurav Khatri leads the way with 50 tackle points.

More than individual brilliance, the Puneri are known for their collective strength, and once again, they’re proving exactly that.

Dabang Delhi

Dabang Delhi are the second team to qualify for the Top 8. They have been dominant this season, winning 13 out of their 18 matches, and are currently placed second on the points table. They have secured a spot in the top 2.

Bengaluru Bulls

Bengaluru Bulls became the third team to qualify for the Top 8. The young players of the Bulls have performed well so far this season. They are winning 11 out of their 18 matches, and are currently placed third on the points table.

Telugu Titans

Telugu Titans became the fourth team to qualify for the Top 8. Vijay Malik-led young team performed well so far this season. Without any big names, they showed a brilliant display of performance. They are winning 10 out of their 18 matches, and are currently placed fourth on the points table.

U Mumba

U Mumba became the fifth team to qualify for the Top 8. They have played 18 matches, winning 10 and losing 8. Currently, they are ranked No. 6 in the points table and have solidified their place in the top eight with impressive performances in their recent matches.

Haryana Steelers

Haryana Steelers confirmed their spot in the top 8 with a commanding 50-32 victory against Gujarat Giants. Currently, they are ranked No. 5 in the points table.

Jaipur Pink Panthers

Jaipur Pink Panthers became the seventh team to qualify for the Top 8. Without any big names, they showed a brilliant display of performance and are currently placed 8th on the points table.

Patna Pirates

Patna Pirates became the eighth team to qualify for the Top 8. Ayan has stepped up as their top performer, but he has received very little support from his teammates.

Despite this, they have won 8 of the 18 matches in the league stage, and they are currently placed 7th on the points table. The Pirates have secured their spot in the top eight.

When is the PKL 12 final?

PKL 12 final is on October 31.
