What went wrong?
Bengaluru Bulls’ head coach, BC Ramesh, shared his views on what went wrong for his side and said, “We became a little weak in defence and failed a lot, and as a result, the opponent team got an upper hand. We could have made a comeback, but there was a loose tackle of Yogesh, after which six points were lost in a single raid. As a result, our team’s performance became dull.”

Thoughts on the game
Interim captain Akash Shinde opened up about his thoughts on the game and said, “Our team is good, but we are not living up to the expectations that Coach Sahab has placed on us. The team is making mistakes, and even I am not living up to the faith that my Coach has placed in me.”
“The team needs 10-15 points from me, but I am not giving them that. The day when I get those points, then our team will surely win,” he added.

Thoughts on the performance
U Mumba head coach Anil Chaprana praised his side for their performance and said, “The team had gone with a plan and they displayed a good spirit of teamwork. All seven boys played according to the plan that was told to them, and Ajit’s super raid made the match a bit more one-sided. So the boys played very well.”
Update on Ajit’s injury
Giving an update on Ajit Chouhan‘s injury, Anil Chaprana said, “We cannot say anything about his injury right now. There is swelling in his leg right now; it will be known only after examination how he is.”
Thoughts on the team’s performance
Skipper Sunil Kumar was in all praise for his players and appreciated them for the way they played. He said, “This was our team’s fourth match. If we look at the last three games, the Raiders have done their job for us. But today it was a combination of both defense and attack.
“If the defense continues to play like this, then it is possible that the outcome of the upcoming matches may be positive. I am happy, but I also made two or three mistakes today. I had a chance to catch a couple of raiders, but I couldn’t. So I am a little unhappy with my performance. Lokesh, Parvesh, Rinku, and even Ravi Bhati played very well,” he added.
Relationship with Manpreet Singh
Sunil Kumar addressed his bond with Manpreet Singh and said, “In the fifth season, coach sahab included me in his team in Gujarat, and he allowed me to play in PKL for the first time. He allowed me to become the captain for the first time in the sixth season, and today I am the most successful captain in PKL.”
“I have learnt many things about Kabaddi from him. Whatever Coach Sahab has taught me, I work on them, and I also think about doing this now. Thank you to Coach Sahab, because of him, I am a successful captain today. I will always have respect for him in my heart,” he added.
