Sony’s Helldivers live action film has recently received a new update and all the fans & gamers are pretty hyped for this. Fast & Furious helmer Justin Lin joins as director and Gary Dauberman, known for IT, Until Dawn, etc, joins as the writer for this movie.

Helldivers live action film details: Lin directs & Dauberman scripts
It has now been confirmed that Justin Lin will be directing the Helldivers live action film. If you have watched most of the old Fast & Furious movies, then they were all directed by this guy.
He is also directing the One Punch Man live adaptation and Keanu Reeves’ BRZRKR. His vision is to bring out the humanity of the game, timely themes and a built-out world.
The story and plot will likely revolve around a squad of elite Helldivers taking on various creatures and the Super Earth.
On the other hand, Gary Dauberman is the writer of this film. He has previously worked on IT, IT’s sequel, Until Dawn, Annabelle & more. He is the guy who knows how to bring out the film’s horror elements.
Handling the monsters and various creatures in Helldivers live action film won’t be too much problem for him.
