The die-hard fans and gamers are pretty excited about the Netflix Assassin’s Creed series, whose new information has started to leak online.
According to Nexus Point, it appears that the series setting is going to be Ancient Rome, set in Emperor Nero’s reign (54-68 AD). Let’s check out more details in this article.
Netflix Assassin’s Creed series details
In July 2025, it was officially revealed that Netflix and Ubisoft are now working on multiple series projects and recently it was revealed that actor Toby Wallace will be a co-lead. Robert Patino and David Wiener are set to serve as showrunners.
Now, the recent information revealed by Nexus Point has revealed the series settings, which are going to be Ancient Rome, set in Emperor Nero’s reign (54-68 AD).
Nero and his mentor, Seneca, will be featured in this series and the filming is set in Italy. There are also going to be multiple leads, with Toby Wallace one of them. It is expected that this is going to be an original story, which is quite a risky move.
An important thing to note is that this information has not been confirmed by Ubisoft or Netflix yet, so take it with a grain of salt.
