The full-back was one of the standout performers of the Blues last season.
Indian Super League (ISL) outfit Mumbai City FC have completed the signing of Subhasish Bose from Bengaluru FC on a two-year deal.
After the completion of his transfer, Bose told IANS, "I am excited to be part of Mumbai City FC for the next two years. I have heard many good things about the club and am glad to be a part of it."
"Hopefully, we will be able to give the fans something to cheer about. Lucian Goian has been a great leader and defender in the league and I am looking forward to playing alongside and learning from him," he added.
The 22-year-old began his career at the academy at Pune FC before joining Churchill Brothers on loan. Impressive stints at Sporting Goa and Mohun Bagan in the I-league, where he established himself as the first choice left-back at both teams, saw him quickly make his way up the ranks of Indian football. Later, he went on to establish himself as a mainstay in the Bengaluru FC backline, as he did not miss a single game last season.

He made his debut for the national side in India’s 5-0 drubbing of Chinese Taipei in the ongoing Intercontinental Cup, helping India on their way to the final of the tournament.
In Bose, Mumbai City FC have got themselves a young Indian player who understands the role he plays in advancing Indian football. He will also bring a degree of stability to a Mumbai City team that has undergone an extreme upheaval. Fans of the Mumbai franchise will hope that he carries on his excellent form from his previous seasons into the next edition of the ISL.
