Mumbai City walk home with all three points and have ended the Blues' unbeaten streak this season. Jorge Costa leaves a happy man after all the drama that he had to witness. Cuadrat's side has a lot to work on now that they have faced their first heartbreak at the hands of Mumbai. Bengaluru FC looked shaky in attack and capitalized on Mumbai's mistakes to add to the scoreline. It's half time here in Bengaluru and the visitors walk into the break with the lead courtesy of former Bengaluru FC defender's early goal. It has been an absolutely action packed game with both sides having a go at each other right from the start. The Islanders managed to break through the Bengaluru defense and grab an all important goal but failed to add to it after Larbi's penalty was denied by Sandhu. The Blues have performed equally well but have been denied of chances in their final thirds and will look to work on that in the second half. Mumbai showed no signs of settling with the one goal lead and Jorge Costa's men would surely be aware of Bengaluru FC's strength and will look to add on to the lead and secure all three points. An intense second half awaits. 45+3' Gurpreet Singh Sandhu: NOT TODAY!!! The keeper denies Larbi and has everyone in the stadium ecstatic as they head into the break. 45+3' Penalty for Mumbai City FC. 45+2' Chermiti gets a yellow for striking Serran while vying for possession. Carles Cuadrat feels the game against Mumbai City FC will be tough “They are still a very similar team to the one from last season and against them, we picked up only one point out of a possible six. While they have some changes to the squad, the core of the Mumbai team remains the same, which means that it will be a challenge,” he said. Jorge Costa feels his team is very different from last season “It will be a different game for sure. Last season we played here (Kanteerava Stadium), for most of the time with ten men and we performed well. Our team is different than last season and I’m waiting for a good game tomorrow. If we perform like last season, I will be happy and our target is to fight for three points,” he said.
