Paris Olympics 2024 Day 15 Highlights: Reetika Hooda, Aditi Ashok fail to secure medals as India's campaign ends

India added two more medals to its tally on August 8 (Thursday) with the men’s hockey team and Neeraj Chopra winning a bronze and silver medals respectively to take India’s medal numbers at Paris Olympics 2024 to five medals with couple of days still remaining.

However, after the highs of Day 13, the next day brought more disappointment as the relay teams crashed out from the qualification stage itself.

While the men’s quartet comprising of Muhammed Anas Yahiya, Muhammed Ajmal, Amoj Jacob and Rajesh Ramesh finished 11th in its heats in the 4x400m relay event, the women’s team of Jyothika Sri Dandi, Subha Venkatesan, MR Poovamma and Vithya Ramraj ended eighth, both wide off their best performances.

On Day 15 (August 10), golfers Aditi Ashok and Diksha Dagar will play the final round, and hope to have a top 10 finish. India’s last hope lies on the rising grappler, Reetika Hooda who will compete in women’s 76kg freestyle category. Let’s look at India’s schedule on Day 15:
