A record 84-member contingent will represent the nation in France.

The Paris Paralympics 2024, which will take place in Paris, France will begin on August 28 and will end on September 8.

After the success in Tokyo, the Indian Paralympic contingent is aiming to surpass the 30-medal mark at the Paris Paralympics 2024. The progress seen in recent years has raised hopes for a standout performance in Paris.

India’s 84-member contingent features several big names, including Paralympic champions like Avani Lekhara, Manish Narwal, Sumit Antil, Mariyappan Thangavelu, and Krishna Nagar, all of whom shined in Tokyo 2020. The team also includes world champions such as Suhas Yathiraj, Deepthi Jeevanji, Sachin Khilari, and Simran Sharma.
