A UK-based 41-year-old woman from Odisha, Madhusmita Jena, made headlines after running a 42.5 km Manchester marathon on April 16, 2023, on Sunday. The Odia woman completed the marathon with an impressive timing of 4 hours and 50 minutes while wearing a traditional Sambalpuri handloom saree.
