Sachin Tendulkar, Rani Rampal, Geeta Phogat, and more shared pictures on Father’s Day.

The whole world celebrated Father’s Day on the third Sunday of June this year, on the 17th. Everyone paid tribute to their fathers, who played a huge role in their success with several sacrifices.

Much like any other person, the Indian sports fraternity also shared pictures and stories of their fathers, who supported them through hardship and made sure that their children succeeded in their desired discipline. Hence, without further ado, let’s take a look at how the Indian sports fraternity reacted on the Father’s Day occasion.

Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar took to X (formerly Twitter) and uploaded a picture with his father with a heartwarming note. He captioned the post, “In loving memory of my father, whose laughter lit up every room and whose love made every moment special. Forever missed, forever loved. Happy Father’s Day, Baba!”

Former Indian cricket team batsman Gautam Gambhir uploaded a picture with his kids. He captioned the picture, “Every day is Father’s Day for these two!” Former cricketer Suresh Raina also posted on the occasion of Father’s Day.

Former Indian wrestlers Geeta Phogat and Babita Phogat also uploaded pictures on social media with their fathers.

Indian field hockey star Rani Rampal and fencer Bhavani Devi also celebrated the annual occasion of Father’s Day. Rampal also uploaded an adorable picture of her father with Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
