India Open 2025: Full list of teams, owners for Asia's largest pickleball event

The India Open 2025 pickleball tournament will have a prize pool of $125,000.

The India Open 2025 has announced its list of teams and their owners for the upcoming Asia’s largest pickleball event, The tournament is set to be a spectacle like no other, taking place from February 3–9, 2025, at NESCO Goregaon, Mumbai.

Under the visionary leadership of founder Hemal Jain and co-founders Niraj Jain, Divyesh Jain, and Suresh Bhansali, Global Sports has championed pickleball’s growth across India. The organization’s mission is further bolstered by Bollywood writer-director Shashank Khaitan joining as a partner, along with entrepreneur Yuvi Ruia. Adding star power to this dynamic team, celebrated filmmaker and pop culture icon Karan Johar serves as the brand ambassador.

With a staggering prize pool of $125,000, over 1,200+ players across the world will compete on 25+ courts across multiple categories, making this the most prestigious pickleball tournament in Asia. The event also marks the debut of the Global Sports Pickleball Pro & Challenger League, featuring 10 city-based teams:
