India also bagged two silver medals in the 10m air rifle mixed team and the air rifle team events, courtesy of Arjun Babuta, Sonam Maskar, Rudrankksh Patil, Sandeep Singh and Kiran Jadhav.

With four medals, India topped the medals table at the end of the first day of the World Cup, followed by Spain with one gold and one silver. Kazakhstan, Britain, Greece and Korea were the other medal winners.
