Swastika Ghosh is the lone Indian participant in the fray.

After the Zagreb star contender, the focus will shift to Slovenia. The WTT Star contender Ljubljana 2024 is the third star contender of the year after Doha and Qatar. It will commence on June 11 and will end on June 16. The Table Tennis tournament will take place in Hala Tivoli, Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The last edition was won by Fan Zhedong of China in men’s singles and Sun Yingsha of China in women’s singles. However, they won’t defend their title this time as they are not participating. China swept all five titles by winning men’s women’s and mixed doubles titles as well.

From an Indian perspective, Manika Batra lost in the round of 16 which was the best finish by an Indian at the 2023 edition. In this edition, only Swastik Ghosh, who lost in the Round of 32 in WTT Contender Zagreb last week, will participate.
