Australian Open 2023: Updated Day 3 Schedule and Results
The Second rounds will begin in singles from Wednesday onwards.
Top seed and defending champion Rafael Nadal will resume his title defence on day 3 of the Australian Open 2023. Nadal, who beat Jack Draper in four sets in the opening round, will face Mackenzie McDonald in the second round. In action will also be women's World No. 1 and top-seeded Iga Swiatek. Day 3 of the Australian Open 2023 will also see the doubles main draw begin. A number of Indian participants will be in action in both men's and women's doubles. On Wednesday however, Rohan Bopanna will be the lone Indian in action. He will pair up with Mathew Ebden against Austrian duo Lucas Miedler and Alexander Erler.
The second day of the Australian Open saw a few games getting suspended due to extreme heat and those suspended matches are set to be resumed on day 3.
