Daniil Medvedev's 20 ATP Tour titles: Breakdown
The Russian is yet to win a tournament twice in his young career.
Russian International tennis player Daniil Medvedev is in a rich vein of form having won the ATP Masters 1000 Miami Open and in the process has won four out of the last five ATP tournaments he has participated in this year (2023). The former world number one has won a total of 20 ATP Tour singles titles (in 20 different cities). The 27-year-old made his ATP Tour main draw debut in the singles event of the 2015 Kremlin Open.
He made it to his first ATP Tour final at the 2017 ATP 250 Chennai Open but lost to Roberto Bautista Agut in straight sets (3-6,4-6). Medvedev has played 32 ATP Tour finals out of which he has won 19 and lost 13. The Russian defeated Serbian giant Novak Djokovic to claim his first Grand Slam title at the 2021 US Open.

An interesting feat for Daniil Medvedev who has won each of his 19 titles in 19 different cities. Interestingly, all of his 19 titles have also come in 19 different tournaments. He is yet to win the same title twice in his young career. Here are the cities where he has lifted his titles.

Court wise titles of Daniil Medvedev
A self-proclaimed “hard court specialist”, Daniil Medvedev has won 18 of 20 titles on hard courts. He also reached the finals of the hard court Grand Slams – Australian Open (hard court) and US Open (hard court) twice each, winning the latter in 2021.
The 2021 Mallorca Open win is his only Grass Court trophy. He also reached the Rosmalen Grass Court Championships and Halle Open finals in 2022 but lost on both occasions.
On clay courts, Medvedev’s best performance is winning the Italian Open where he beat Denmark’s Holger Rune in straight sets. He had also reached the final of the Barcelona Open in 2019 where he was beaten by Dominic Thiem in straight sets.
