ATP Dubai Tennis Championships 2025: All you need to know about prize money and points on offer

Daniil Medvedev is the top ranked player.
The Dubai Tennis Championships 2025 is a premier event on both the ATP and WTA Tours, featuring an ATP 500 tournament on the 2025 ATP Tour and a WTA 1000 tournament on the 2025 WTA Tour.
Held at the Aviation Club Tennis Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the men’s tournament takes place from February 24 to March 1. The women’s event recently concluded, with 17-year-old Mirra Andreeva recording a historic journey defeating Iga Swiatek, Elena Rybakina, and Clara Tauson to become the youngest WTA-1000 champion.
None of the top five ranked ATP players will be competing this time. World number one Alexander Zverev, world number four Taylor Fritz, and world number five Casper Ruud will all compete in Mexico. While Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic are set to remain away from action.
Jannik Sinner is set to return to action at the 2025 Italian Open after a three-month absence following the conclusion of his WADA suspension.
Daniil Medvedev leads a weakened top eight, which involves Alex de Minaur, Andrey Rublev who recently won in Dubai, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Grigor Dimitrov, and Arthur Fils forming the top seven. Jack Draper dropped out due to personal reasons after finishing as a finalist in Dubai.

Despite being the top seed, Medvedev’s draw is stacked. The Russian begins his campaign against Jan-Lennard Struff, and could then potentially encounter Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard in the next round.
Previous edition winner Ugo Humbert will commence his title defence against Qatar Open semi-finalist Jiri Lehecka. Andrey Rublev and Grigor Dimitrov will play against a qualifier, while Gael Monfils opens his account against Matteo Berrettini in a mouth-watering duel.
