The ATP Finals 2024 will feature all eight singles players under the age of 29.

The ATP Finals 2024 is set to unfold a new era in the sport. With the absence of Novak Djokovic, the elite eight will see younger players battling for the title this time. Jannik Sinner will be the top seed as Alexander Zverev is next in line. With the groups and initial matchups being revealed, fans are excited to watch the stars clash for the season ending championship.

The 55th edition of the event will witness the singles draw featuring players under the age of 29. The Ilie Nastase group will be led by Jannik Sinner, and he is joined by Daniil Medvedev, Taylor Fritz and debutant Alex de Minaur. The John Newcombe group will see Zverev in the front as Carlos Alcaraz, Casper Ruud and Andrey Rublev complete the field.

The Sinner-Medvedev rivalry will continue in Turin as the pair will clash for the 15th time on the ATP tour. The pair shares seven wins each as the Italian fans will be cheering loud and clear for home favourite Sinner. Meanwhile there will be yet another rivalry which seems intriguing as Alcaraz and Zverev will battle in their 11th meeting. The duo share five wins each.

Australian Minaur will hope to pull off upsets in the event as it will be redemption time for Rublev. Fritz and Rublev could register crucial wins which can change the dynamics of the tournament.

While the singles event could produce a first-time winner, the scenario seems to be no different in doubles. In the Mike Bryan group, veteran pair Marcel Granollers/Horacio Zeballos are in front as 2020 champions Wesley Koolhof/Nikola Mektic are looking for their second title. Australian duo Max Purcell/Jordan Thompson and Harri Heliovaara/Henry Patten are also in the Mike Group.

In the Bob Bryan group, World No #1 Marcelo Arevalo/Mate Pavic are heading for a strong challenge. They will face stiff resistance from Italian pair Simone Bolelli/Andrea Vavassori and Rohan Bopanna/Matthew Ebden. Kevin Krawietz/Tim Puetz are also in the Bob group.

Purcell/ Thompson are the youngest pair in the doubles event while Bopanna/Ebden are the oldest. In terms of individual years in the event, Alcaraz is the youngest aged 21 while Bopanna is the oldest aged 44.
