The US Open 2026 kits for tennis stars Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz have leaked online, giving fans an early look at what tennis‘ biggest current rivalry will wear when the season’s final Grand Slam gets underway.
The tournament will begin on August 30, with the men’s singles final set to be held on September 13 at Flushing Meadows, and this edition carries a lot of weight for both men. Sinner arrives in New York having won the title back in 2024, only to lose last year’s final to Alcaraz in four sets.
Despite his incredible success in the 2026 season, the Italian has just the one Grand Slam to show for it, which he won by beating Alexander Zverev in the Wimbledon final.
Alcaraz’s situation is arguably even more dramatic. The defending champion has been out since April with a wrist injury that forced him to skip Roland Garros and Wimbledon entirely.
That absence has cost him his place at the top of the rankings too, with Sinner now well clear at No. 1 and Alcaraz slipping to third behind Zverev. The 7-time Grand Slam winner is expected to use Cincinnati as a tune-up before defending his title in Flushing Meadows.

As for the kits themselves, Sinner appears to be going with a Wimbledon-esque look: all white with brown trim on the sleeves and collar, brown shorts, and his usual white cap, all Nike.
Meanwhile, Alcaraz is expected to sport a basketball-style mesh tank top and purple-and-orange shorts with white detailing, marking a bold departure from his previous US Open outfits.
The Spaniard has also dramatically changed his hairstyle, which has drawn mixed opinions on social media. Even as the on-court contest is a few weeks away, the fashion battle between these two is already shaping up to be one of the sideshows worth watching in New York.
