Full list of players who beat Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon

Seven-time Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic has lost only 10 of his 109 matches in this championship.
Novak Djokovic stands as one of the greatest champions in Wimbledon history, with seven men’s singles titles at the All England Club placing him joint-second on the all-time list, just behind Roger Federer. The Serbian has made Wimbledon a cornerstone of his legendary career, reaching 10 finals and amassing nearly 100 match wins at SW19.
He remains the only man in the Open Era to win each Grand Slam at least three times, and his consistency at Wimbledon is underscored by his streak of six consecutive finals from 2018 to 2024.
The 24-time Grand Slam champion remains the only player who has troubled the competition’s most successful player, Federer. He defeated the Swiss tennis legend in three finals, including a powerful comeback in 2019 when he saved two match points.
Djokovic’s Wimbledon journey began in 2005, and while he suffered early defeats in his first few appearances, he soon established himself as a force to be reckoned with on grass. His first title came in 2011, and he has since added six more, including a remarkable run of four consecutive championships from 2018 to 2022.
Given his dominance, every defeat Djokovic has suffered at Wimbledon has been a significant moment in the tournament’s narrative. His quest to defend his maiden title ended in the semi-finals at the hands of Federer, which was the only time Djokovic lost to the Swiss at Wimbledon.
The next year, local hope Andy Murray ended a long wait to become the first ever Brit after 77 years to triumph in London, emerging victorious over Djokovic in the final, in four sets.
After two straight wins in 2014 and 2015, Djokovic had an unusual outing in 2016, as the then World No. 1 was stunned by 28th seed Sam Querrey, ending his bid for a Calendar Grand Slam. After two years of setbacks, the Serbian ace fought his way back to winning ways, and his stunning 34-match winning streak was ended in 2023 by modern superstar Carlos Alcaraz.
The Spaniard has become the only player in the sport’s history to beat Djokovic twice at a grass-court Grand Slam, both times in the final.
The 2023 loss was shocking, as Alcaraz won a thrilling five-set encounter that saw Djokovic make uncharacteristic errors near the net. In contrast, the 2024 defeat was one-sided, in straight sets, officially marking the passing of the baton.
