The ‘King of Clay’ scored 6-0 against 20 players, including some of the finest.

Roland Garros and Rafael Nadal‘s love affair is never-ending. The Spaniard successfully built a home in Paris. As the season heads into the second Grand Slam, fans are naturally reminded of the times when Nadal used to dominate the arena, notching up victory after victory.

Having lost only four games at the French Open, Nadal is undoubtedly the greatest ever to have played in Paris. Such was his aura that even legends like Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic didn’t stand a chance against him.

The Swiss maestro was never able to beat the Spaniard, going down in all six instances. The Serbian tennis star found some success in the latter part of Nadal’s career, with a head-to-head of 8-2 in Paris.

Nadal’s reign at Roland Garros began with a title on debut in 2005 and included several iconic wins over Roger Federer in the finals. His 2017 campaign was especially ruthless, as he captured the title without losing a set and dropped just 35 games across the tournament.

Nadal would go on to win a record 14 French Open titles, with his final triumph coming in 2022, when he swept past Casper Ruud in straight sets to secure his 22nd Grand Slam crown.
