WTA Dubai Open 2026: Updated schedule, fixtures, results, live streaming details

Aryna Sabalenka and Iga Swiatek have withdrawn from the event.
The Dubai Open 2026 will be without its top two seeds, Aryna Sabalenka and Iga Swiatek this time. The 26th edition of the annual WTA 1000 event will feature 16 of the top 20 players concluding the Middle East swing.
With the last-minute withdrawal from Dubai, Sabalenka has skipped the Middle East swing having already skipped Qatar Open. Swiatek bowed out of the Doha showdown following a quarter-final loss to Maria Sakkari.
Now, Elena Rybakina finds herself promoted as the top seed. The 2026 Australian Open champion will renew her push to break new ground in the WTA Rankings. The Kazakh’s loss to Victoria Mboko in the last eight in Doha resulted in a setback to Rybakina’s aspirations.
Defending champion Mirra Andreeva will be seeded fifth. Andreeva had a breakout 2025, going on to win in Indian Wells soon after her title run in Dubai. With a title run in Adelaide behind her in early 2026, the Russian teenager will be eyeing a successful title defence and a return to the Top five.
Coco Gauff, the 2023 Dubai Open semi-finalist, will be seeking redemption this week after her second-round exit in Qatar. The American was ejected from the event after an unexpected loss to World No. 21 Marta Kostyuk in straight sets.
Elina Svitolina, the only two-time champion at the venue, will look to build on her early success in the 2026 season. She returned to the Top 10 following a title run at the ASB and a semi-final appearance in Melbourne.
Alexandra Eala will make her debut at the WTA Dubai Open 2026 soon after making her Top 40 debut. Also among the starting lineup is Canadian Victoria Mboko, who will be making her Top 10 debut on Monday.
Amanda Anisomva, too, is slated to play in Dubai as the second seed. The American, a defending champion in Qatar, was forced to withdraw from her opening round match against Karolina Pliskova.
In doubles action, Katerina Siniakova and Storm Hunter will pair up once again. The duo won the doubles crown in 2024 and are seeded seventh. Jasmine Paolini will pull double duty in Dubai and has signed with regular doubles partner Sara Errani. The Italian duo are the top seeds in the doubles draw.
