The Vienna Open 2025 semi-finals will witness a clash between Jannik Sinner and Alex de Minaur on October 25, Thursday in Austria.

In the quarter-finals, the ATP World No.2 Sinner beat Alexander Bublik 6-4, 6-4 to extend the head-to-head lead to 6-2 over the Kazakh. Sinner had no trouble getting past Bublik as they crossed paths for the fourth time this season and their first in the Austrian capital.

Sinner stayed on track for a second Vienna Open title by breaking the Bublik serve once in each set. The Italian finished with 20 winners for 5 unforced errors, and his serve was once again on point, with no double faults registered during the one hour and 16-minute victory.

On the other hand, the Australian star Alex de Minaur edged out Matteo Berrettini for the second time in five meetings on the ATP Tour to advance to the last four at the 2025 Vienna Open.

De Minaur secured his place in the semi-finals with a 6-1, 7-6(4) win in one hour and 44 minutes and avenged his loss to the Italian in Miami.
