Bill Apter advises CM Punk to start his own wrestling promotion

CM Punk was involved in a backstage confrontation with Jack Perry at AEW All In London. They had an argument over using the real glass in a pro-wrestling match. Although Punk continued to wrestle his match against Samoa Joe at the opening of the show. The backstage confrontation was reported to be physical, which threatened the backstage officials. AEW CEO Tony Khan formed an investigation committee to investigate what actually happened and suspended both Jack Perry and CM Punk.

After the investigation committee submitted their reports, Nick Khan with the advice of backstage officials fired CM Punk abruptly and released him from his contract. Which shocked the entire wrestling community and fans. With Punk's career becoming a big question mark, Punk returned to CFFC for MMA Commentary.

Punk said that he has a long time of two months to decide on what's next. Fans kept rumoring that Punk will return to WWE. The former wrestling journalist and photographer Bill Apter talked about potential plans for Punk.

Bill Apter says,

“He’s just either going to get out of this or, if I were him, I might even consider starting my own wrestling group down the line and make it the way I want it, not the way I have to listen to someone else.”
