Finn Balor comments on CM Punk's potential WWE return

After being fired from AEW, CM Punk remained silent as no information about him came out. With his career at risk, whether he would wrestle again itself is a question. Various rumors regarding CM Punk returning to WWE have been circulating around the internet. At this stage Finn Balor was asked about whether he would be interested in facing CM Punk for the first time.

The newest Grand Slam Champion Finn Balor was recently interviewed at Ringer Wrestling Show, where Balor said that he doesn't care who his opponent is, as long as he gets paid the right amount.

Balor says, 

"I'd be interested in wrestling a broomstick if someone is going to pay me money. Money talks."

Finn Balor made his WWE debut in 2014, the same year Punk left the company and announced his first retirement.

CM Punk’s WWE return,

It was reported earlier that Punk tried to return to WWE last year during the road to WrestleMania. It was reported by Punk's close circle that Punk tried to return to the 2023 Men's Royal Rumble Match and even had a plan to face Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 39, but the plan never proceeded.

Balor is one of the highly talented wrestlers in the company with unique striking abilities and so is CM Punk. It would be a treat to watch both the men battle it out in the middle of the ring in WWE. But with everything being a fantasy, we need to wait for what happens in the future.
