Are Shinsuke Nakamura’s recent WWE promos targeted to CM Punk?

Shinsuke Nakamura turned into a psychopathic heel after his feud with Seth Rollins and has been constantly appearing on video packages. Where he teases his opponent in Japanese language with English subtitles. He started video tape teasing during his rivalry with Seth Rollins over the World Heavyweight Championship and Rollins’ back injury.
The video package played mind games on Rollins, which made Rollins question his confidence. Nakamura delivered a hard fight against Rollins, but unfortunately wasn’t able to dethrone Rollins and take the World Championship from him. Although the feud came to an end, Nakamura continued to appear on videotaping challenging a mystery wrestler. So who does Nakamura’s recent WWE promos target?
Shinsuke Nakamura vs CM Punk?
During Nakamura’s rivalry with Seth Rollins, Rollins cutted a promo against Nakamura by endorsing himself as the “Best in the World”, which CM Punk claims himself. During the same feud Michael Cole said Seth Rollins has become Shinsuke Nakamura’s “puppet” and Nakamura as the “Puppet Master”, which is the key words used when Punk cutted an iconic promo during his time in ROH, way back in 2005.
After ending the feud with Seth Rollins, Nakamura continued his past feud with Ricochet where Nakamura used CM Punk’s finishing move GTS more often. After which Nakamura continued with video tapes where he said “Who is worthy enough to set me free” which references the lyrics “only you could set me free” from ‘Cult of Personality’.
Nakamura on a recent episode of Raw said that he is frustrated with so much privilege and will take away his choice and end it in his hands but will wait for now, focusing on an unknown person.
Nakamura on his recent promo said,
“I am frustrated. You are blessed with so much privilege. So, I am taking away your choice. The opportunity is mine now. These distractions have not taken my focus off you. Win or lose your next battle, you will only be less than. Not my problem. I will wait… for now. Because I know it all ends by my hands.”
Michael Cole asked, “Who is Shinsuke Nakamura targeting?” from the commentary. To which fans buzzed the social media stating that Nakamura is targeting CM Punk. The decoding of his promo also seems like he is targeting CM Punk.
