Bayley & Rhea Ripley discuss WWE WrestleMania 40 match stipulation

Bayley in December 2023, made a resolution to turn her career back to the winning track by winning the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble match. She then said that after she wins the Rumble match, she would be facing Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship in 2024 at WrestleMania 40.
Bayley had a lot of teases of challenging Rhea Ripley even before her rumble appearance. She seemed more confident and even wore Rhea Ripley’s “Mami’s Always on Top” gear and with “RR” on her cheek, for a potential feud in the future. She also posted on Twitter earlier with the same gear warning Ripley stating “Call me Mami Slayer. I’m coming for you Rhea Ripley”.
She stood on her word and won the 2024 women’s Royal Rumble match by entering at #3, and by breaking Rhea Ripley’s longest time inside the rumble match record with 1 hour 3 minutes 3 seconds. It seems like Bayley and Rhea Ripley are discussing the stipulations for their potential match at WrestleMania 40.
Bayley vs Rhea Ripley in an Iron Women Match?
Triple H on X appreciated Bayley for her record-setting 63 minutes 3 seconds and congratulated for her guaranteed title match at WWE WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia. Bayley retweeted the post and wrote that she had beaten Rhea Ripley’s record and is now ready to beat her at WrestleMania XL.
The Role Model said, “I beat @RheaRipley_WWE’s record, now I’m ready to beat her at #WrestleManiaXL.”
To which the Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley asked for an “Iron Woman match”. To which The Damage CTRL leader replied that she is 1-0 in that match and it was the first women’s main event on a PLE ever referencing to her Iron Women’s match against Sasha Banks in NXT, where she successfully defended her NXT Women’s Championship.
The Role Model said, “I’m 1-0 in that match. (It was the first women’s main event on a PLE ever). Let’s go.”
Although Bayley claims that she is interested in challenging Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Champion, she is open to challenge the Damage CTRL member IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Champion, which most believed to be the most possible match at WrestleMania XL.
