WWE Royal Rumble: List of Superstars with most appearances

The Royal Rumble match is one of the most exciting matches in the pro-wrestling industry. The match has a separate fan base and carries great anticipation. Rumble matches originated in 1988 and have been held annually since then in WWE.
The match has witnessed a total of 45 winners (38 men’s and 7 women’s). Rumble matches are purely based on eliminating opponents by tossing them over the top rope until the last one survives in the ring. Here is a list of WWE Superstars who appeared in the most number of Royal Rumble matches in WWE history.

Kane has entered the most number of Royal Rumble matches in WWE history with 20 Rumble match appearances followed by Kofi Kingston with 16 appearances and Dolph Ziggler, The Miz, Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio share the third spot with 15 appearances.
Goldust stands next with 13, Big Show and Shawn Michaels with 12, and The Undertaker, Chirs Jericho and Shelton Benjamin with 11 appearances. Only Kofi Kingston, The Miz, Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio are on the active roster, who could probably increase their numbers by this year.
Considering the multiple entries on the same night, Mick Foley entered the Royal Rumble match three times in 1998 under different gimmicks (Mick Foley, Mankind, Dude Love). Nia Jax entered two different rumble matches (Men’s & Women’s) the same night.
