The February 02, 2024 episode of Friday Night SmackDown is a Royal Rumble fallout episode. This week’s show will be aired live from the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama, United States. Roman Reigns’ road to WrestleMania begins

After a successful title defense after a hard fought fight against three top contenders at Royal Rumble, Roman Reigns will address his road to WrestleMania this week on SmackDown. Since Cody Rhodes is also announced for the show, the possible confrontation could occur this week.

Logan Paul segment

Logan Paul retained his title against Kevin Owens at Royal Rumble by disqualification after Owens punched him with the brass knuckles. After the match Paul got brutally assaulted post-match. Logan Paul will be showing up on SmackDown this week addressing his loss and by calling out Kevin Owens. As per speculation, the segment could turn out into a brawl and would result in a match at Elimination Chamber.

Cody Rhodes to appear on SmackDown

Cody Rhodes won the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble match and is about to choose the champion he wants to face. Cody appeared on Raw and the World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins confronted him and asked to choose him. Cody left in confusion and is now scheduled to appear on SmackDown. As per speculations, he will be confronted by Roman Reigns and the Bloodline and would have a heated segment.

Bayley announces her WrestleMania opponent

Bayley after winning the Women’s Royal Rumble match appeared on Raw, where she was confronted by the Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley. Ripley was then assaulted by Nia Jax and she threatened Bayley to pick IYO SKY as Ripley is in Nia’s target. Bayley in fear told that she will announce her opponent this week on SmackDown. As per speculations, Bayley will choose IYO SKY or will delay her decisions.

Bron Breakker, Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams

PWInsider Elite reported that they had confirmed that Bron Breakker, Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams appearance for this Friday ahead of their match at NXT Vengeance Day on February 4, 2024. As per speculations, their appearance will likely be about their main roster contract and to hype their match in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Finals.

Friday Night SmackDown will be telecasted live every Saturday Morning at 6.30 AM on Sony Sports 1 and Sony Sports 1 HD. WWE premium users can stream the show on the WWE Network.
