Two major stars to make WWE return in upcoming weeks

WWE Superstars are known for taking great risks and showcase extreme athleticism to entertain the WWE Universe, however not all end up good as some result in a big injury. In recent years there have been a number of stars who had written off from television due to serious illness and there would not be any update on them. It is now reported that two of the major stars and former champions will be back on television in the upcoming weeks.
Sheamus & Xavier Woods WWE return
Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Sheamus and Xavier Woods will be making their return to television in the next few weeks.
Meltzer said, “Both Sheamus and Woods are expected back over the next few weeks.”
Sheamus had a match with Edge on Edge’s 25th Anniversary celebration and was not seen then. Dave Meltzer at Wrestling Observer Radio then reported that The Celtic Warrior suffered a serious shoulder injury that would result in a long hiatus and he was ruled out from the house shows. On the road to Survivor Series 2023, he was advertised for SmackDown, but he didn’t show up.
However Meltzer has now reported that Sheamus will be returning to television in the upcoming weeks. It seems like The Celtic Warrior will make his return at Royal Rumble as it is also weeks away.
On the other hand, Xavier Woods of The New Day was away from television since December 2023, which made Kofi Kingston hang alone as a singles wrestler. There isn’t any update on what’s the actual issue of Woods, but it is now reported that Woods will be back in weeks. Woods probably would continue the feud with Imperium after Kofi was assaulted by Ludwig Kaiser.
