Becky Lynch hints at top UFC star joining WWE

UFC Lightweight Fighter, Michael Chandler recently showed up on Raw on the front row. He was formally introduced by Samantha Irwin and Chandler grabbed the mic to cut a promo calling Conor McGregor to the Octagon. This went viral that it was the first step of a potential cross over of WWE & UFC after being merged under the TKO Group Holdings. There were multiple speculations whether they could see any other UFC stars coming to WWE. Becky Lynch on a recent interview said that one of the biggest UFC star and fellow Irish man, Conor McGregor could possibly appear in WWE.

Becky Lynch after Elimination Chamber 2024 Press Event, appeared for an interview with Submission Radio, where The Man was asked about Michael Chandler’s promo on Raw, calling out Conor McGregor. Lynch said that she wasn’t aware of it. Lynch then saw the promo and reacted saying, “Yeah! Go on, have a fight, have a scrap”. Lynch said that the occurrence of the fight between McGregor and Chandler is probably high of 75%.

Lynch was asked about whether we could see Conor McGregor cut a promo against Chandler in another episode of WWE and potentially doing a promo with Becky Lynch. To which Becky said, “Yeah! Absolutely we would, hell of a duo. Very mouthy, it would be very mouthy, I like that.”

Becky was asked about his interview and promo skills, where she said, “I believe he’s inspired by the WWE,”

She was then asked about whether McGregor could jump to WWE. Becky said, “I think it’s very possible. I think it’s very possible. I think the one thing that might hinder him… I think because he lives in Ireland, it might be a bit hard for him. But maybe he’ll do like a match here and there.”

The Man was then joined by Kevin Owens, who had a great time in the interview and sarcastically teased part timers popping up in the company here & there, Logan Paul and Elimination Chamber.
