Top four possible replacements for Shotzi on WWE SmackDown following serious injury

On the latest episode of NXT, Shotzi made her return to NXT and challenged Lyra Valkyra backstage for a NXT Women’s Championship match, which Lyra Valkyria accepted and made official for next week. However, next week’s tapings was shot the same day, where she injured her knee while performing a DDT on the apron. As a result, the match was abandoned and she was escorted backstage for medical attention.

She has been replaced in the Elimination Qualifying match this week on SmackDown. Here we take a look at four possible replacements for Shotzi on the SmackDown women’s roaster.

Replacements for Shotzi in Elimination Chamber Qualifying match

4. Roxanne Perez

Roxanne Perez could be a possible replacement for Shotzi. She already showed up for Royal Rumble and showcased her main-roster potential. She could probably replace Shotzi’s spot and fight Tiffany Stratton in the Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match. Both previously had a feud in NXT and it could be a perfect match in the blue brand.

3. Natalya

Natalya is one of the veteran female wrestlers, who usually has been part of some of the big matches. However, she didn’t get featured in the qualifying matches. With Shotzi being injured, Natalya might be a bigger replacement for her. She already had a feud with Rhea Ripley and it could play out well, if she qualifies for the chamber match.

2. Ivy Nile

Ivy Nile is one of the promising and powerful female wrestlers, who already developed a feud with Ripley and had a title shot against her as well. She has been proving her potential day by day and adding her as a replacement for Shotzi could make it a great match with Tiff.

1. Lyra Valkyria

The NXT Women’s Champion, Lyra Valkyria could be a perfect fit for the replacement of Shotzi, as she got hurt during the match between her. They can build a great storyline by taking the spot of Shotzi, similar to AJ Styles & LA Knight in NXT and she could face her former rival Tiffany in the qualifying match. If she qualifies, she could also showcase the rematch with Becky Lynch in the Chamber.
