Which superstar has won most WWE Elimination Chamber matches?

Very few superstars have won multiple Elimination Chamber matches
Elimination Chamber is one of the special stipulation elimination matches, which is traditionally held inside steel chambers with six wrestlers or more. Where two start the match and the others will be locked in the corners and one will get released from their glass chambers for every five minutes.
It is basically an elimination match, where stars eliminate each other and the last to survive will be declared as the winner and will be offered a prize of either a championship or a championship match.
So far WWE has hosted 36 Chamber matches with 30 men’s matches and 7 women’s matches. It is one of the extremely dangerous matches, where the chance of winning is less than 16%, however, some have won the matches multiple times. However, who has won the most number of Elimination Chamber matches?
