Former AEW star, Danhausen, made his WWE debut at the 2026 edition of Elimination Chamber, appearing out of the mystery crate opened by General Managers Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis.
While the debut fell flat with some fans even booing the “very nice, very evil” star, he won them back in his second appearance on the fallout show of Monday Night Raw, and with his third appearance, fans already started to cheer for him.
However, Danhausen’s arrival also brought chaos for some stars, who were on the receiving end of the infamous ‘curse.’ In this article, we will take a look at the list of superstars cursed by Danhausen in WWE.

The first WWE star to be on the receiving end of the infamous curse was the current AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio, who, before his Intercontinental title defense against Penta in a backstage segment, mocked the debutant, dismissing his presence as little more than comic relief.
The mistake proved costly, as Dominik Mysterio suffered a defeat against Penta, losing the Intercontinental Championship in the process. The loss caught the attention of other WWE stars, who began taking the so-called curse seriously and tried to avoid crossing paths with Danhausen, or at the very least, staying off his bad side.
Notably, The Miz was unable to avoid the curse, as when presented with the opportunity to mentor the newcomer, Miz swiftly denied the opportunity and made it clear he wasn’t interested in mentoring some goth kid who hadn’t been “invited to the party.” This prompted Danhausen to curse the A-Lister reminded what happened to Dominik Mysterio.
