WWE Night of Champions has featured some spectacular matches over the years.
WWE is set to return to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for its next Premium Live Event, Night of Champions. The spectacle will take place at the Kingdom Arena on June 27 and is expected to be a stellar show.

5. Sting vs Seth Rollins (2015)
‘The Visionary’ Seth Rollins had a dream showdown at the 2015 Night of Champions event when he squared off against one of his idols, Sting, with the WWE Championship on the line.
It was a spectacular bout, despite Sting suffering a major neck injury, and ended with Rollins retaining the title over The Icon.
4. John Cena vs Brock Lesnar (2014)
After suffering one of the most crushing defeats at the hands of Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2014, John Cena invoked his rematch against him for the WWE Championship at Night of Champions.
Unlike their previous encounter, The Never Seen 17 came out stronger and put up a valiant fight against The Beast. However, he won the match by DQ when Seth Rollins interfered, and Cena walked away without the belt.
3. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn vs Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa (2023)
Amid Roman Reigns’ dominant World title reign, he and his Bloodline’s enforcer, Solo Sikoa, teamed up to challenge Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens for the WWE Tag Team Championships at Night of Champions 2023.
It was a stellar match that saw The Uso(Jimmy & Jey Uso) turn on Reigns and Sikoa after they failed to beat KO and Zayn.
2. Randy Orton vs Cody Rhodes (2025)
Former mentor-pupil duo of ‘The Viper’ Randy Orton and ‘The American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes squared off in the finals of the King of the Ring tournament at Night of Champions 2025.
The former Legacy cohorts delivered a hard-hitting bout with high stakes involved and ended with Rhodes beating his former teacher to become the King.
1. John Cena vs CM Punk (2025)
The 17-time World Champion John Cena’s farewell tour saw him compete against his iconic rival CM Punk with his Undisputed title on the line at Night of Champions 2025.
The fans were left enthralled at their final in-ring battle in Saudi Arabia, which ended with Cena retaining after interference and chaos by Seth Rollins and The Vision.
