The Scottish Psychopath is aiming for the WWE title again!

‘The Scottish Psychopath’ Drew McIntyre is aiming to capture the WWE title once again, which is currently held by Cody Rhodes.

However, despite aiming for the title, McIntyre is not hesitant in taking on the Beast, Brock Lesnar, who recently made his long-awaited return.

In a recent conversation with Adam Glyn on the Adam’s Apple YouTube channel, McIntyre was asked about the chance of Brock Lesnar still being in WWE and whether he’d be open to facing The Beast again. He didn’t confirm Brock’s current status, but emphasized that he’d be ready if the opportunity arose.

“Uh, I don’t know. Um, I know I haven’t seen it. When it happens, it’s going to be a big one. I know, uh, he wants to get even with Drew McIntyre since I beat him for my first world title at WrestleMania… Who knows? Maybe he’ll be chasing down Drew McIntyre next. And I welcome The Beast when I’m champion if he wants to challenge me for the title.”

The Scottish Psychopath has previously defeated Lesnar on the ‘biggest ‘Grandest Stage’ but his comments suggest that his rivalry with The Beast is far from over. If McIntyre captures the WWE Championship again, a rematch with the Beast could be in the books for WWE fans.

Brock Lesnar made his earth-shattering return during the final moments of Night 2 of SummerSlam 2025. This was his first appearance since his loss to Cody Rhodes at the 2023 edition of SummerSlam.

Drew McIntyre’s feud with Randy Orton is far from over

Following his tag team win at SummerSlam alongside Logan Paul, McIntyre was aiming for Cody Rhodes, who recaptured the Undisputed title at SummerSlam. The Scottish Psychopath attacked Rhodes, forcing him out of action.

McIntyre, on the August 22 show of SmackDown, was cutting a promo calling out Rhodes. However, just the,n Randy Orton who suffered defeat alongside Jelly Roll in the tag match against McIntyre and Logan took him out with an RKO.

The attack signalled that the feud between the two is far from over. The two engaged in a fierce brawl on the recent episode of SmackDown, where Orton ended up on top. A rematch at the upcoming Wrestlepalooza is likely the plan for the two.

What did Drew McIntyre say about Brock Lesnar’s return?

In a recent conversation with Adam Glyn on the Adam’s Apple YouTube channel, McIntyre was asked about the chance of Brock Lesnar still being in WWE and whether he’d be open to facing The Beast again. He didn’t confirm Brock’s current status, but emphasized that he’d be ready if the opportunity arose.

Is Drew McIntyre booked for any match at Clash in Paris?
