Green sustained an injury during the match; she suffered a broken orbital bone around her right eye. However, despite concern, WWE opted not to strip Green of the title and gave her 30 days to recover and defend the title.

One of the videos from the pre-taping showed medics checking on Green, who was wearing a face mask to protect her orbital bone injury. The medics took Green backstage, as fans started speculating she sustained another injury.
Green teamed up with Tiffany Stratton to take on The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax & Lash Legend) in a tag team match, and the video circulating online is likely from the match.
If that’s the case, then Chelsea is likely not injured again. According to spoilers from the SmackDown taping, Green was taken away by medics during the match but later returned to continue competing.
