Dominik Mysterio is one of the top heels of the company, who has been subjected to hatred wherever he goes. Dominik is currently playing a major role in the Judgment Day stable and is having a great run since he turned heel. He tried to hire Andrade to Judgment Day, but he turned on Dom. Andrade then teamed up with Rey and went on to defeat Dom and Escobar.

Dominik on the recent episode of Raw was supposed to team up with JD McDonagh and face Andrade & Ricochet in a tag team match. However, Dom appeared with an arm brace on his left arm and announced he was injured and unable to compete.

Santos Escobar replaced him in the match and lost the match and Dom was on the ringside to support them. As there was no update on how Dom is injured there may be a doubt whether Dominik Mysterio is actually injured or is it a part of the storyline? Here is what the backstage report says.

Dominik Mysterio’s injury is legitimate

According to Fightful Select, Dominik Mysterio is legitimately injured and not part of any storyline. There is no information about how he is injured or his return timeline.

Following his segment on Raw Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful earlier today said that they reported last week about Dominik’s injury, which resulted in Dom getting off from the European tour. Santos Escobar replacing Dominik on this week’s Raw is also a sling on the show.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select on X wrote,

“Fightful Select reported last week on the free tier that Dominik Mysterio was off the European tour, and that tonight Santos Escobar was replacing him on Raw. Dominik is in a sling on the show. Get well soon to him.”

It is important to note that Rhea Ripley got injured two weeks ago by Liv Morgan’s attack backstage and was forced to vacate her title, as she will be on a long hiatus from WWE television. It is unknown when the Dom & Mami’s duo will reunite as both are suffering injuries with the arm.
