Mariah May is expected to sign with WWE
Mariah May, who was pulled off the AEW roster, is anticipated to make her WWE debut shortly. Mariah May has apparently left All Elite Wrestling (AEW), since she was discreetly removed off the company’s roster website.
The 26-year-old, also known as “The Glamour,” is ready to make her World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) debut, according to several media sources.
Recently, there have been rumors that May’s contract with AEW is coming to an end. According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, May’s name was taken from the promotion’s website on Friday, signaling that her time there was up.
According to Sapp, May is expected to join WWE as soon as her two-year contract with the Florida-based organization expires. She is yet to confirm the news herself.
May made her AEW debut in 2023 as an ardent Toni Storm admirer. However, she went on to defeat “Timeless,” a former ally, at AEW All In London 2024, claiming the AEW Women’s World Title.
She won the championship for 174 days before losing to Storm at the Grand Slam Australia in February 2025.
Ahead of the fight, the 29-year-old stated of her former student, “that she’s the champion that I’ve always wanted to be but never could be, and that’s because she does not have a heart.”
“My biggest downfall is that I have too much of a heart, Mariah, you sick b****. I am proud of you, but she will soon realize that that is just not good enough,” she said in a February 12 interview with Fightful.
Since failing to recapture her victory against Storm in the Hollywood Ending match at AEW Revolution 2025, May has been missing from the wrestling industry. Fans of her are now eagerly awaiting her WWE debut. But till now nor WWE or May has reported whether the company or she has signed with each other.
One thing is for sure, a talent like May definitely deserves to be on the WWE roster. With top talents on the Women’s NXT roster being moved up to the main roster, it seems like Mariah May will soon be WWE-bound. But, till anybody confirms these are all speculation.
