Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed were involved in a backstage brawl this week on RAW
Seth Rollins is scheduled for a major WWE Crown Jewel match, but a breaking medical report on RAW has cast doubt on his participation. The superstar suffered injuries, and there is now an update.
Seth was in the ring on WWE RAW to talk about his troubles with Bronson Reed when the latter stopped him. After being interrupted, he went to the rear, and the two stars began brawling in the parking lot.
During the incident, Seth Rollins gained the upper hand and stomped Bronson Reed on the hood of the car. It looked like he had done all necessary to gain an edge going into Crown Jewel, but this wasn’t enough.
As the two brawled, Bron Reed got the best of Rollins by hitting him with a metal trunk while Rollins was inside a vehicle. Reed then tried a Death Valley Driver on Seth on the tables outside the vehicle.
Rollins was rendered unconscious as Reed stood up. Pearce and other authorities surged towards Rollins, calling for an ambulance.
“What we can tell you right now is that he has been sent to a medical facility in Hershey, Pennsylvania.” Rollins has been sent to a medical facility to be assessed, thus the specific severity of his injuries is unknown at this time. WWE will offer further updates.
Seth Rollins will maybe face CM Punk next
While Rollins is presently feuding with Bronson Reed, his primary opponent is CM Punk. The Straight Edge Superstar has significant difficulties with Rollins, and they both have real-life problems.
As a guest referee at SummerSlam, Seth Rollins cost Punk his chance to face Drew McIntyre. This resulted in Punk snapping at Rollins, and the two subsequently had an altercation on Raw. It was only there that Bronson Reed unexpectedly assaulted Rollins and sent him home for several weeks.
While CM Punk is taking a break from WWE after defeating Drew McIntyre at Bad Blood PLE, Rollins is looking for his revenge on Bronson Reed.
However, his showdown versus Reed at Crown Jewel appears to be in peril. All eyes are on WWE’s latest medical update on Rollins’ health, and whether Triple H and his staff can book the former world champion for the huge event.
