Latest update on Karrion Kross & Scarlett's WWE contract status

Karrion Kross is currently involved in a feud against Sami Zayn!

After much support from WWE fans, Karrion Kross has finally gotten the stage to prove the doubters wrong and showcase his skills. Kross competed in his first PLE since WrestleMania 40 and his first singles PLE since Crown Jewel 2022 at Night of Champions 2025 last month.

Kross battled Sami Zayn in a singles match, where he failed to pin Zayn. The storyline is still ongoing with Kross attacking Sami and even pinning him to win the rematch on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.

Kross and Scarlett have been showered with love from WWE fans worldwide and many are still puzzled as a new reports reveal that the two stars have not been offered a new deal by the promotion.

Karrion Kross & Scarlett’s WWE contract is set to expire in August

Karrion Kross and Scarlett signed three-year WWE contracts in August 2022. That means those deals are set to expire by August 2025, just weeks away, as reported earlier.

Fightful Select reports that as of now, several talents say they’ve spoken with Karrion, and he claims that no new deal has been signed as of yet. The report adds that sources within WWE have stated that the situation is being kept under wraps.

Despite Kross appearing frequently on WWE programming and having new merchandise, which usually suggests a deal is imminent or already in place, Kross told those who inquired that as of last week, neither he nor Scarlett had been offered new contracts. At least six industry insiders have reported receiving the same response when they reached out to the pair.

The Bigger Picture

While Kross and Scarlett have not been offered a new deal, WWE would likely extend their contract not just because of the fan support and merchandise sales, but also because of their being heavily featured on WWE television currently, which points to long-term plans from the promotion.

Another sign that points to the same is Kross pinning Zayn and getting back the win, which will continue the feud. BodySlam Net, has reported that the rivalry between Kross and Zayn is not over yet after their second match on this week’s RAW, and a third match is likely happening soon.
