The Scottish Warrior has been absent from WWE since April.
‘The Scottish Warrior’ Drew McIntyre, after losing the Undisputed title a few weeks before WrestleMania 42, then engaged in a feud with Jacob Fatu. The feud ended up in a clash during Night 1 of WrestleMania in Las Vegas.
McIntyre suffered defeat in the unsanctioned match against Fatu and has been absent from WWE programming ever since. However, now ahead of WWE‘s Europe tour and the Clash in Italy PLE, there is a major update on his WWE return.
Drew McIntyre returns on June 2 against Jacob Fatu

WWE is going to Europe next week, ahead of Clash in Italy, and is also set to host multiple non-televised events, which begin on May 28, before the Clash in Italy go-home edition of SmackDown on March 29.
Speaking of the March 29 edition of SmackDown, McIntyre is among the list of featured superstars for the show on WWE.com. Furthermore, he is also advertised to take on Jacob Fatu in a Street Fight on the June 2 live event in Strasbourg, France.
McIntyre’s popularity in Europe is a well-known factor, which might be the reason WWE is bringing back the Scottish Warrior. It’s still unclear if these are just isolated appearances or if he will join programming and engage in storylines ahead of SummerSlam.
