Roman Reigns was last seen on WWE TV during the Royal Rumble PLE
Roman Reigns’ plans for WWE WrestleMania 41 are not yet known. ‘The OTC’ is currently on the sidelines after being assaulted by Seth Rollins at the 2025 Royal Rumble PLE and has been off-screen since.
WWE has been holding back stories regarding Roman for quite some time. It appears that the construction will resume during the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event or shortly thereafter.
There are a few opponents that might challenge the OTC coming into The Show of Shows. Meanwhile, Paul Heyman might seem to give a message to a top star about Reigns’ willingness to meet them at WrestleMania.
In any case, WWE will want to develop a strong rivalry with the ‘Undisputed Tribal Chief’, who is one of the industry’s most well-known figures.
4. Solo Sikoa
The rivalry between Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns began last year. Sikoa took over The Bloodline, and the feud was resolved on RAW’s Netflix premiere, when ‘The OTC’ beat his former Enforcer.
Sikoa is still linked to The Bloodline, which may motivate Roman to return for one more bout against his former Enforcer. The two men might agree to fight one last time for ownership of The Bloodline at WrestleMania 41.
This match may not be as huge as others on this list. However, it would make sense for Roman Reigns to pursue Solo Sikoa one last time before ending his relationship with any of the Bloodline members.
3. Drew McIntyre
Drew McIntyre has been pursuing Roman Reigns and his Bloodline for quite some time in WWE. He set out to demolish the OG Bloodline members but only succeeded in defeating Sami Zayn.
Jey Uso has overcome McIntyre, and Jimmy has humiliated him. However, the plot might resume following the 2025 Men’s Elimination Chamber Match.
Drew may attack a returning Reigns on an edition of RAW or SmackDown following the Chamber PLE. He may Claymore the OTC and restart their rivalry.
After months of stalking Roman Reigns, the Scottish Warrior may finally get his hands on him again. The two stars might face off in a high-profile duel at The Grandest Stage of Them All, with Mcintyre ultimately claiming victory.
2. CM Punk
One of the most anticipated rivalries is between CM Punk and Roman Reigns. The two WWE stars teamed up at Survivor Series: WarGames, but things went apart during the Men’s Royal Rumble Match when Punk defeated Reigns.
The competition might start after Elimination Chamber, as Paul Heyman looks to put down the challenge on behalf of the OTC. Punk and Heyman could do a couple solid promo segments before Roman Reigns returns.
This might be the rivalry of the year, with both top players putting on tremendous matches without any titles on the line. WWE may even plan a Triple Threat match at WrestleMania 41 including Punk, Reigns, and Seth Rollins.
While the Triple Threat battle is being considered, a singles battle might have a greater effect and open the door to some future contests.
1. Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins aimed to defeat Roman Reigns in the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble Match. The Visionary was somewhat successful in carrying out his plan but was also eliminated in the process.
Rollins assaulted and damaged Reigns after the two were eliminated. The angle heightened the tension between them and wrote a new chapter in their long-standing feud.
WWE fans might get another exciting match between the two former world champions at The Showcase of The Immortals. It would be another match for fans to keep an eye out for since it would be large enough to lead the event without any titles at stake.
