Rhea Ripley is all set to face the NXT standout on WWE RAW

Last week on Raw Rhea Ripley made a huge save when Roxanne Perez came charging at Women’s World Champion IYO SKY during her match with NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer.

The drama kicked off when Perez attacked SKY and then teamed up with Giulia to take down both champions, but that’s when Mami Rhea Ripley made her dramatic entrance. Ripley turned the whole situation around, taking control and saving her friend IYO SKY from the assault.

After handing the title back to SKY, Ripley made a bold claim that she wanted to be the one to take the title from her best friend. With that, the stage was set for a major showdown between Ripley and Perez.

This match could go in so many different ways. Will Rhea dominate with her raw power and experience, or will Roxanne prove she’s ready to take the next step and show she can hang with the top stars? Whatever happens, this match is bound to be explosive and one for the ages.

5. Roxanne cheats to win

Roxanne Perez is no stranger to bending the rules, and against the much bigger Rhea Ripley, she might just resort to her usual underhanded tactics. Perez has done it before in NXT, like when she raked Stephanie Vaquer’s eyes last week, and she’s not afraid to get dirty if it means securing a win.

If Perez can’t outpower Ripley, you can bet she’ll grab a weapon or a chair to even the odds. Both women desperately need this victory, but Perez has more on the line & another loss in 2025 could set her back big time. Cheating might just be the key to giving her that signature win on RAW while still protecting Ripley’s dominant status.

4. Rhea Ripley destroys Roxanne Perez

While Perez is one of WWE’s hottest up-and-comers, she’s been on a losing streak lately, having dropped her last four matches to top talent like Vaquer, Jordynne Grace, Giulia, and Kelani Jordan. She’s desperate for a win but is still a ways down the totem pole compared to someone like Mami Rhea Ripley.

One possibility officials could go with is Ripley squashing Perez in just a few minutes, maybe three or four, to give Rhea some much-needed dominance back. It would hurt Perez’s credibility on the main roster but could still be a direction they choose to take.

3. Match ends in no-contest

Perez might try to cheat when she faces Rhea Ripley on RAW, but if she gets caught, she’ll need to wrestle a near-perfect match to even stand a chance. If things get out of hand, Perez could snap and grab a chair to end it, but Ripley might try to stop her and end up getting caught in the act.

This could lead to a big win for Perez, protecting Ripley’s dominant status while giving The Prodigy a much-needed victory. There’s also the chance of interference from someone like IYO SKY or Bianca Belair, leading to a disqualification or no-contest finish. Either way, both women need to come out of this showdown looking strong.

2. Rhea Ripley wins after an outstanding match with Roxanne Perez

While it could mean another tough loss for the former two-time NXT Women’s Champion, Rhea Ripley winning here makes a lot of sense. She’s a former champion and the top face on RAW, so getting the win would solidify her status.

Perez, though, is known for her incredible in-ring skills and is already making a name for herself as one of WWE’s top women before even fully joining the main roster. A 15-minute match full of intense spots, counters, and near-falls would do wonders for both women.

Ripley is the fan favorite, but Perez is the scrappy underdog who could really shine in defeat. Ripley could win clean after an epic showcase that proves the future of the division is in good hands.

1. Bianca Belair interferes to cost Rhea Ripley

Bianca Belair has every reason to be upset with how Ripley was added to her earned title match at WrestleMania 41. The real issue, though, is that Belair’s anger at Rhea spilt over onto IYO SKY, showing disrespect to the Women’s World Champion.

After taking the pin at WrestleMania, Belair should be headed back to SmackDown, but in a quick backstage interview, she made it clear she wasn’t done with Ripley. Even with broken fingers, Belair could cost Ripley a big win against Perez on RAW, keeping their feud alive while giving The Prodigy a major victory.
