Five possible finishes for Seth Rollins vs Bron Breakker at WWE Backlash 2026

The two former stablemates will collide in Tampa.

‘The Visionary’ Seth Rollins is set to take on his former stablemate, Bron Breakker, who kicked him out of the Vision faction. The two are set to battle at the upcoming edition of the Backlash PLE on May 9 at the Benchmark Arena in Tampa, Florida.

Originally set to take place at WrestleMania 42, the match will finally bring out the bad blood between the two, with betrayal and revenge taking centre stage. Ahead of the showdown, let us take a look at the five potential finishes for the match.

5. The Vision interferes

For a heel faction not to interfere and help each other in major matches is a given, and fans shouldn’t be surprised if Logan Paul and Austin Theory try to interfere during the match, helping Breakker score a big win over the former World Heavyweight Champion.

4. Seth Rollins wins

Since his return, Seth Rollins has received loud reactions from the crowd, who have welcomed his face turn with open arms.

WWE can pick Rollins to win at Backlash and then maybe challenge the reigning World Heavyweight Champion, Roman Reigns. WWE will not even have to sell the match due to the history between the two.

3. LA Knight aids

LA Knight has been stuck in the Vision vortex for quite a while, even teaming up with the Usos to take on Logan, Theory, and IShowSpeed at WrestleMania 42. If the Vision tries to interfere in the match, a finish could see Knight, despite the history with Rollins, when he was at the helm of the Vision, and help him get the win over Breakker.

That moment could then spark a new angle, with Knight boasting about his role in the victory and setting the stage for a potential storyline between the two.

2. Bron Breakker wins clean

While Rollins is looking for revenge, the stage in Tampa is a proving ground for Bron Breakker, who needs to deliver to prove that he is the next big thing and he is the next face of the company. WWE could opt for Bron to pin Rollins clean, and the win would help boost Breakker’s career.

Additionally, the win can also be used to set up rematches if WWE wants to prolong the feud, which they should, given the storyline potential.

1. Bronson Reed returns

One of the most anticipated finishes for the match might see Bronson Reed return to aid Breakker. In fact, Bronson was in the ring when Breakker turned on Rollins, and he chose to join him in the attack.

Reed is out of action due to a torn distal bicep, the injury that forced him out of Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania. Reed making his return to cost Rollins would further develop the feud, allowing WWE to build a new faction for Seth or at least an alliance that helps him against the Vision.
