WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event will present its third show since coming back.

The July 2025 edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event is days away from invading the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. It will be held on July 12 as part of WWE’s power-packed weekend, featuring multiple special events planned across different brands.

So far, WWE has announced three matches for the third edition of the vintage show in 2025, which is taking place this month. Top marquee names like Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, Gunther, and Drew McIntyre are scheduled for top showdowns. Moreover, the event will play host to WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg’s final in-ring match.

The winner predictions can always be a tricky affair. However, with the recent developments, here are Khelnow’s predictions for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event happening this weekend:

Randy Orton vs Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre was last seen on the May edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. He lost his Steel Cage match to Damian Priest. ‘The Scottish Warrior’ came back two months later and confronted Randy Orton. This confrontation led to McIntyre taking an RKO from Orton for his disrespectful comments.

The Viper has been suffering a string of major losses; however, he is an established veteran. WWE might be looking to rebuild McIntyre, and a win over Orton could be the way forward for them.

Predicted Winner: Drew McIntyre

Seth Rollins vs LA Knight

The feud between LA Knight and Seth Rollins began when Rollins’ faction denied The Megastar a chance to become Mr. Money in the Bank.

This led to a series of sneak attacks and assaults between LA Knight and the Trifecta of Terror. However, Rollins and Knight will go head-to-head at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in a singles showdown.

It is expected that Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed would run interference and help Rollins win the match. Moreover, The Visionary losing at this point does not look likely due to his rise in momentum and current status as a top fixture on WWE television.

Predicted Winner: Seth Rollins

Gunther vs Goldberg

Goldberg will compete in his retirement match against Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The WCW Icon will perform for the last time in front of his family and hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. However, Goldberg winning the match is an improbable possibility at the moment.

The scenario could see Gunther and Goldberg engage in a hard-hitting showdown. As the dust would settle, The Ring General emerges victorious and gains significant push at the expense of a WWE Hall of Famer, Goldberg.

Predicted Winner: Gunther
