The Visionary defied the odds in Perth last night.

The 2025 edition of Crown Jewel concluded with World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins defeating Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes to capture the 2025 men’s Crown Jewel Championship. With the win, Rollins registers his first victory against Rhodes.

In their previous three televised and 22 encounters overall, Rhodes was undefeated against Rollins, which put Rollins on the back foot before the match even began. However, Rollins defied the odds to pin Cody for the first time.

Rhodes, brimming with confidence, came out hot during the main event, while Rollins, irked by the crowd calling him a “wank*er” started throwing a tantrum. After slowly working his way back into the match, Rollins started piling up serious damage but was unable to pin Rhodes.

What followed was Rollins pulling out all the moves from his arsenal to walk out with the win, even hitting a Coast-to-Coast headbutt.

During the Crown Jewel post-show, Rollins was asked about the move. The Visionary responded, stating that he was going to beat Cody by any means necessary, and then admitted that the move would likely have some “long-term ramifications.“

“The truth is, I told Cody that I would do anything. By any means necessary. Whatever it took, I was going to beat him. I saw an opportunity, I took it, it didn’t pay off. Honestly, there might be some long-term ramifications.

At the end of the day, I was going to lay it all on the line. I did everything in that ring, no matter what. Rough landing right there. Rough landing,”

Additionally, Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer defeated WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton to capture the women’s Crown Jewel title. John Cena pinned AJ Styles in an iconic showdown, while Bronson Reed defeated Roman Reigns in an Australian Street Fight.

Additionally, the team of Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky emerged victorious against The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane).
