The Women’s Intercontinental title will be on the line this week in Ohio.
It’s officially Night of Champions 2025 week, and the promotion is set to deliver the go-home show of WWE Raw first before leaving for Saudi Arabia. The go-home show of Monday Night Raw is set to air live from the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.
The show will continue the build towards the PLE and is set to host the final two semi-finals in the King and Queen of the Ring tournament. Additionally, Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Becky Lynch, is also set to defend the title against Bayley.
Ahead of the go-home show, here are the top five storylines that you need to watch out for on the fallout show of WWE Raw in Columbus, Ohio.
5. Women’s Tag Team titles
One half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions, Liv Morgan, suffered an injury during he singles match against Kairi Sane last week. Liv dislocated her shoulder and will be out of action for around twelve weeks, or three months, as per reports.
PWInsider has reported that WWE has developed a plan for the Women’s Tag Team Championship, and the titles are not expected to be vacated. Fans will now have to wait for Monday Night Raw to find out what those plans are.

4. LA Knight vows revenge
On last week’s SmackDown, LA Knight came out and called out Seth Rollins, looking to settle their feud. However, instead, Paul Heyman came out, followed by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, while Knight evaded the initial attack, leading to a clash against Reed.
However, he was unable to fight the numbers game and fell prey to Rollins’ henchmen as both Reed and Breakker decimated him with spears and tsunamis. It will be interesting to see how Knight retaliates on this week’s show, while evading the numbers game.
3. Women’s Intercontinental Championship
Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch is set to defend the title for the first time against Bayley. The two stars have a lot of bad blood between them, which took centre stage last week, where Bayley emerged on top.
Bayley has vowed to return the favor to Lynch, who attacked her during WrestleMania 41 in an ambush that forced Bayley out of the Women’s Tag Team Title match alongside Lyra Valkyria, allowing Lynch to step in and win the titles alongside Lyra.
2. Night of Champions build-up
As mentioned above, the episode will serve as the go-home show for Night of Champions, which is set to emanate on June 28 from the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Among the matches announced for the show, Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio is set to defend the title against AJ Styles, who last week not only got the better of the Champion but also his stablemates, who might decide to strike again.
1. Gunther – Goldberg
WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg made his return last week, challenging the World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. The promotion shortly made the match official between the two for the July 12 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event. Goldberg has vowed to repay the favor for Gunther humiliating him in front of his family at Bad Blood 2024. The storyline between the two would only intensify from now on.
